What a big dump!
You might notice an extraordinarily large Daily Dump on the previous post. I changed servers, and I forgot to put the daily-dump.sh in the ol’ crontab. Oh well, there’s some neat stuff in there anyway.
By the way, this new server is sweet. I got it through M5 Hosting whom I can now highly recommend as a ~$100/mo dedicated Debian Linux hosting service. I’ll post later on how I’ve actually got it set up (Hint: it involves plenty of this), but suffice to say I dig it both in terms of being blazing fast and responsive, and in the security and stability that this configuration provides.
I think I’m going to start blogging more regularly, too. I actually do have more thoughts in my head than just those represented on this site! I might switch URLs, though. Ntro’s Official Opinion is cute, but I think I’d rather be a little more personal. Something like meta.lteague.com or something, I dunno. How Web 2.0 of me! A friend had some pretty good UI ideas for dealing with the linkroll element of the site, maybe I’ll try and incorporate those into the next version. . .
